Winter
During the winter season, the tree sheds its leaves and falls into a period of rest for the demanding spring that follows.
Spring
During the spring, the tree wakes up and becomes intensely active to produce its early nuts and buds. Pollination also begins at this stage. Nature is raging by giving us a wonderful place.
As time goes by the tree grows giving new foliage and it gets bigger and bigger.
The tree grows, develops, matures. The nuts are prepared, first the shell is created and then the inner nut.
Summer
During the summer the tree reaches its limits. The climatic conditions in combination with the production of the nuts exhaust the tree. Our care reaches the maximum. The nuchios are almost ready.
Harvest time has come. The peanuts are ready. The tree will give us their nuts.
Harvesting is done by mechanical means. Immediately after harvesting, our pistachios go through the first stages of processing to reach your hands with all their nutrients.
